Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail and will typically take 1-3 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £3.95 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage.

NEXT DAY delivery is available Monday to Thursday at £6.95 if ordered before 2pm. Goods ordered between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, normally a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).
Our standard overseas delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service or other courier ie: DHL, DPD or Fedex and may take up to 7 working days.

Return an item
If for what ever reason you wish to return your purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
You must email returns@sdkells.co.uk within 14 days of receiving goods and we will send you a returns label/link (returns labels are only valid for 7 days).
If you wish to exchange for a different style/size please indicate within this email.
Make sure to have your order number on the returns email. Ensure returned items are properly packaged and have the order number enclosed.
Keep a record of any returns/tracking number as goods are the customers responsiblility until we receive the returned goods.
Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Please note some goods are non-refundable for hygene reasons.
